Job descriptions:

– Communicate and coordinate international product procurement with foreign suppliers and ensure the proper importation of goods from abroad.

– In charge of issuing purchase orders as well as monitoring and controlling all oversea purchasing procedures.   

– Negotiate with overseas suppliers regarding pricing, lead time, quality and other supply chain factors.    

– Collaborate with internal teams, shipping agents, and freight forwarders to arrange transportation, select appropriate shipping methods, and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.

General qualifications:

  • 26 years or above
  • Hold undergraduate degree in relevant disciplines
  • Have at least 2 years of overseas purchasing experience
  • Can read, write, and speak English
  • If can read, write and speak Chinese would be beneficial
  • If have BOI experience would be beneficial

Job descriptions:

  • Record and follow up progress of sales staff
  • Record expense of sales staff
  • Coordinate sales staff, sales supervisor and other department
  • Other related works as assigned

General qualifications:

  • 24 – 35 years old
  • Hold undergraduate degree in Marketing/ Management/ Commerce or any other relevant discipline
  • Proficiency on MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Can use various function in MS Excel such as VLOOKUP and Pivot
  • Can analyze, organize and display data in easy yo understand manner
  • Can communicate well with colleagues and other departments
